By accessing and using the Dubai Jewellers Ltd. website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice. In the event that a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will notify you and provide a full refund or offer a suitable alternative.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information on our website is current and accurate. If we discover errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability after you place an Order, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the correct information or offer alternatives.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Sales tax rates vary by jurisdiction and will be calculated and added to your Order total at checkout based on your billing and shipping address.

For Canadian customers, we collect Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as applicable in your province. For international customers, local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. However, price changes will not affect Orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Account Registration and Security

While account registration is not required to make purchases, creating an account allows you to track orders, save preferences, and receive exclusive offers. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Order Process and Payment

When you place an Order through our Services, you are making an offer to purchase Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your Order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or concerns about fraudulent activity.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Interac (for Canadian orders), and installment payments through Affirm Canada. All payment processing is handled through secure, industry-standard systems.

Order Confirmation: Once we accept your Order and process payment, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking information when available.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification: To prevent fraudulent transactions, billing and shipping addresses must match for credit card orders. Orders with mismatched addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Fraud Prevention and Verification

To protect our business and customers from fraudulent activities, we implement various security measures and verification procedures. For orders flagged by our payment systems as potentially fraudulent, we may require additional verification including:

Identity Verification: We may request a photograph of your government-issued identification (driver's license, passport, or other official ID) along with your order number. This verification must be provided within a reasonable timeframe to avoid order cancellation.

Order Review: We reserve the right to review, verify, and investigate any Order before processing. This may result in processing delays, but helps ensure secure transactions for all customers.

Chargeback Protection: Identity verification documents are retained for 180 days following order completion to assist with chargeback disputes and fraud investigations, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Failure to provide requested verification information may result in order cancellation and refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these security measures.

Product Warranties

Manufacturing Defect Warranty: We provide a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all jewelry products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Check our return policy for further information.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, repairs by unauthorized parties, or damage from exposure to chemicals, extreme temperatures, or other environmental factors.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number and detailed description of the defect. We may require photographs or return of the Product for inspection. Approved warranty claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Limitation: This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, ordering, or communication with us. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
